With years of experience in the store fixture industry, impeccable design sense and forward thinking visualization, Ermanno Torelli founded Concord Metal Manufacturing Inc. in 1985, our custom metal division. A lot has changed since the mid-80’s, and our state of the art facilities reflect that. The underlying method of listening to what our customers need, having the vision to sometimes show them what they need before they even know it, and delivering quality every single time, no matter what, is still what drives our business today.
Understanding that retailers are more than customers, they are our business partners, has been the core reason to horizontally integrate and establish our wood and wire shops (Concord Woodworking Inc. and Quality Wire Products Manufacturing Inc.) as well as vertically integrate and include our own powder coating facility (Dynamic Powder Coating Ltd). Mr. Torelli originally created these companies to offer his customers the most competitive prices by eliminating the “middle man” and to deliver the highest level of quality consistently. He is dedicated to the store fixture industry and focuses his group of companies on what he knows best – store fixtures…not trying to be a “jack of all trades”. The success and experience of these companies has earned him a respectable reputation within the store fixture industry over the years; a reputation of high quality, safe products, impeccable design and honest, ethical dealings. This reputation has been the focus of our branding and the requisite to communicate that the entire group shares these same values and motivation….this is what we call the Concord Store Fixture Group! |
